Position Overview:

As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of alcoholic beverages to a diverse range of customers over the phone.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify sales opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.

This role requires a persuasive communicator with a passion for the alcohol industry and a drive to exceed sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our range of alcoholic beverages and generate sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our portfolio.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and crosssell products, utilizing persuasive selling techniques.
• Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales or a related field, preferably within the alcohol industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customerfocused approach to sales.
• Sound understanding of alcoholic beverages, including different types of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
