Ongoing Monitoring Analyst 3 Month contract with potential for permanent employment About us: BVNK is a next-generation payments platform for global businesses.

About this role in the team: BVNK has recently enhanced all of our FCC policies, processes and procedures and we are currently looking to hire multiple headcount to support us with a remediation project of all customer due diligence.

As a Compliance Corporate Ongoing Monitoring Analyst, you will play a critical role in completing a full ongoing monitoring review of all customers on-boarded onto BVNK's platform.


Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing due diligence of existing corporate clients, including the periodic review, trigger event review, collection and verification of required documentation and information during ongoing monitoring.

Conduct ongoing monitoring of existing corporate clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Analyze and assess client profiles, transactions, and activities for potential risks, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.

Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or discrepancies identified during the onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as commercial, legal, risk management, and business units, to address compliance-related matters and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.

Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure that the onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes remain compliant with current standards.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to client onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities, including risk assessments and reports.

What we need from you:

Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with specific experience in corporate onboarding and due diligence processes.

Proficiency in using compliance-related tools and software for due diligence and monitoring purposes.
Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements, as well as their application to corporate clients.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to practical situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
