KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Moulds are cleaned and prepared for mould changes
  • Used Moulds/stackers/cutting structure/ are cleaned and stored in mould store
  • Mould changes are done within the required time frame
  • Moulds are correctly installed and operational
  • All machine/mould problems are identified and relayed to TL for action
  • Housekeeping as per BRC requirements
  • Moulds are safely transported to and from workstations
  • Mould change schedules are completed accurately and given to Team Leader
  • Regular Quality Control check
  • Product form according spec
  • Relevant checklist completed accurately
  • All downtime accurately recorded on log sheet
  • Machines are cleaned during mould change
  • Place samples in used mould
  • Ensure sign off sample are at machine with start of shift and with mould change
  • Fault finding

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric Grade 1
  • Numerical Skills
  • Must be able to communicate English
  • Time Management & Attention to detail
  • 1 Year experience in a similar environment
  • Must be willing to work overtime and 3 shift schedule
