What you will do:


The Employee will render services as a Marketing Coordinator for eXp South Africa reporting into the Operations Manager and Country Leader, liaising with eXp Global's Country Marketing Manager, EMEIA.


How you will make an impact:

  • Coordinate the Annual, Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly Marketing Strategies and Plans.
  • Facilitate the Daily Roll Out of Marketing Activities required to Energize the Local and International Real Estate Agents to facilitate growth and production in real estate.
  • Develop a Year Plan and Calendar of Activities relating to Events, Agent Attractions, Roadshows, Agent Interactions and more.
  • Coordinate Monthly Events geared towards Great Agent Communication and attention.
  • Host Agent Interactive Events.
  • Liaise with Marketing Company on weekly plans and strategy.
  • Liaise with PR Company on weekly plans and strategy.
  • Assist the Compliance Team and Country Leader on implementation of Brand Strategy and Maintaining Logo and Image integrity.
  • Dealing with Media and PR related issues professionally.
  • Data Management and Building of a Real Data Strategy by Category. Set Targets here.
  • Development of Hubspot Communications to Data captured eg Vendors, Suppliers, Clients, Investors, Developers, Agents and the like.
  • Bi Monthly Questionnaires to Agents for continued engagement.
  • Coordinate every 2 months eXp South Africa's Newsletter.
  • Attend Weekly and Monthly Marketing Meetings
  • Develop and Maintain eXp World Office Image and Functionality
  • Develop and Maintain eXp South Africa Frame Offices and Functionality.
  • Facilitating Marketing Training for Agents at every level.
  • Interaction with eXp Global, eXp South Africa leadership and eXp South Africa Real Estate agents for great story telling, spontaneous and agile social media delivery and developing strategy around exposing our agent team in the best possible way.
  • Developing Strategy around new techniques, new technology and systems and promoting such to our agent team.
  • Facilitating great internal promotions, incentives and plans around our agent team for increased production.
  • Coordinating Care Programs for our agents
  • Coordinating Social Responsibility programs for eXp South Africa via guidance from Leadership, the SAAAC and our agent team.
  • Facilitating Annual Awards Events and Coordination.
  • Coordinate Vendor Arrangements and Grow eXp Solutions.
  • Consider Best Referral Programs and assist with Revenos Strategy
  • Introduce eXp Luxury Channels for International Connectivity
  • Develop Strategies around better tools for agents via the Country Leader.
  • Immediate Strategy for 2024 and document.
  • Facilitate the Merchandising delivery of Third Party Provider via Shopify site to our leadership team and a primary focus on our agent team.
