Our client, a distinguished health care practice in Paarl is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should be presentable, personable, have financial understanding, and experience in handling creditors.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Full Creditor function including reconciliations and processing accounts
  • Filing all documentation
  • Monitoring and ordering general consumables
  • Maintaining neat and presentable offices and reception area
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Welcoming and assisting patients, managing medical files

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans & English with excellent communication skills
  • Neat, presentable, and well-organized
  • Knowledge of Accounting Systems
  • Prior experience in processing / reconciling creditor accounts

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday, every other Saturday (09:00 - 13:00)

SALARY:

R15,000 - R16,000 CTC (negotiable)
