Completed a qualification in information technology and seeking workplace experience?

SFI Group, a national air-conditioning service and maintenance company has a 12-month IT Internship position now available at their Head Office in Cape Town.

Your assigned Duties and responsibilities include:
Hardware/software troubleshooting | end-user configurations and orientation | printer setup and troubleshooting | end-user setup or troubleshooting | response to IT Support queries | assist with network-setup | close-out of IT tickets

Possess relevant qualification in Information Technology in any of the following:
A+ (Plus)

Certification | CompTIA IT Certifications Network+ (Plus) Certification | CompTIA IT Certifications Microsoft Certified:
Azure Fundamentals - Certifications | Microsoft Learn AZ-900 Exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - Certifications | Microsoft Learn MS-900

Possess the necessary skills:
Sound Communication skills (written and verbal) | Problem solving skills | Time Management skills | Quality management skills | sound organisation skills | Ability to work with people | Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines
