TAH is a progressive, employee-centred group of 18 practices (14 Western Cape & 4 Kwa-Zulu Natal). We are looking for a permanent Veterinary Nurse for our 24-hour TAH Bellville Practice.

Responsibilities_

  • Provide treatment and care to animals
- maintain animal care post procedures, hygiene, care and facility standards

  • Support Veterinary procedures and inpatient care
- maintain and oversee hospital, prep room, theatre processes, equipment drugs, consumables and oversee orderlies.
- perform routine dentals, take X-rays, routine discharges, manage weight clinics and perform nurse consultations
- work selected weekend on rotation (1 in 4 Weekends with 5 hour workday shifts
