REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese languages
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in autonomously managing medium infrastructure projects
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in Apro and Service Engine support
  • Ability to deliver 3rd line support to Santa Fe Users
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Engagement in project work for enhancements and innovative solutions
  • Configuration and maintenance of servers and network devices
  • Incident management for critical situations
  • Handling user administration duties
  • Effective resolution of escalated user issues promptly

DUTIES:
  • The Infrastructure Engineer will provide second and third line technical support to users for hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Responsibility for addressing, documenting, and resolving service tickets from the global helpdesk system within SLA timelines
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex IT problems
  • Conducting root cause analysis, creating problem-solving checklists, and suggesting preventive measures
  • Supporting various platforms like Windows servers, Exchange Email, Office 365 Maintenance, Databases, Web, and File servers
  • Ensuring the active directory's maintenance as a core system component, configuring network devices, and applying multifactor authentication across all systems
  • Independent work, collaboration on projects, documenting project plans and work orders


HOURS:
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:45
