DescriptionThe post holder will deliver coaching to the UoM Senior rowing teams.
The role will oversee the development, selection and performance of crews.
We are looking for a coach who can build and develop processes and improvement in rowing performance.

We are looking for two coaches at this level – one for the male crews and one for the female crews.

Each group will consist of around 20 athletes.
