Telesales Agent


We are looking for young, dynamic, well-spoken individuals preferably with telesales experience; to work from our incredible office at the V&A in Waterfront.

JOB SUMMARY


The Telesales Agent at IconAF is
responsible for offering sales and marketing support for clients in accordance with the organisation objectives and targets.


Responsibilities & Duties


The responsibility of the Telesales agent is to market client products via scripted calls, ensure quality on calls, pose appropriate compliance questions accurately classify call outcomes on the internal dialler and produce quality leads.

Ensuring that all scripts are read verbatim.

People Responsibility:

  • Generate a minimum 15 Leads per day
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Analysing customer needs and active create need
  • Escalating complaints and queries to team managers
  • Converting calls to leads in accordance with team and branch target
  • Building positive relationships with customers and business associates
  • Accurately classifying call outcomes on the internal dialler
  • Ensuring qualifying and compliance questions are posed to customers
  • Conferring information with100 percent script verbatim

Business Responsibility:

  • Ensure that current sales scripts are followed and presented correctly to clients.
  • Ensure that daily agent targets are met
  • Ensure adherence to the company values
  • Attend and understand campaign briefings and ensure knowledge of new campaigns and associated script.
  • Remain selfdisciplined and maintain good attendance
  • Adhere to performance targets concerning call quality and disposition percentages
  • Safeguard company property and its use

Required experience:
Entry-level,3 months - Telesales Experience or potential to generate quality leads.

Goodwood, Zonnebloem, Wynberg, Maitland, Woodstock, Khayelitsha Site-B, Mitchell's Plain, Delft, Langa
