DESCRIPTION
To provide full management and execution on projects. This includes the daily completion of field reports, installation and commissioning projects to suit the client's needs.

The technician is fully responsible for the management of project staff on site and ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget and comply to Indalo quality standards.

Client satisfaction and peace of mind is always the number 1 priority.

REQUIERMENTS

• Technical Diploma/ N6 Qualification in Electrical Engineering or Plumbing
• Valid Driver's License
• Min 2 years' experience in technical position (Working with boreholes is an advantage)
• Must be willing to travel.
• Integrity and high ethical standards
• Project management skills
• Technical skills to execute water project installation task.
• Fault finding skills.
• Must be able to read technical drawings.
• Leadership skills
• Computer Literature: Advanced MS Word, Basic Excel
• Excellent report and writing skills.
• Attention to detail, thorough and well organized.
• Able to cope under pressure.
• Fluent in English and well spoken.
• Ability to secure a sale.
• The ability to interact with senior management and clients locally and internationally.
• Experience of working with pumps is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to deal with a range of ongoing tasks at the same time and to be able to cope under pressure.
• Must be able to work with minimum or no supervision and to make technical decisions based on a broad understanding of relevant policies and operational requirements.
• Coordination of project dates and staff management on site.
• Keep and update mileage logbook on all business trips.
• Complete daily job card
• Dealing with technical queries and any concerns raised by clients.
• Prepare weekly staffing and project plans.
• Update and monitor compliance on weekly lead progress tracker reports.
• KPI Tracking, Client Feedback Monitoring, Work Attendance, Punctuality, Return job and employee performance tracking.
• Increase sales by:
• Identifying and closing leads
• Completing tender documents and RFQ's
• Networking and promoting company interests and services.
• Improve knowledge, product quality offering by research on the latest technology and designs available on the market.
• Document comprehensive repots for each project.
• Monitor and control project cost of all sales to remain within project budget.
• Maintain a professional company image.
• Gather information and photos from each site to support website and social media content.
