ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES*- Managing and developing a team of legal professionals ensuring teams are delivering quality work as per client requirements and instruction.


  • Firm grasp of litigation and document requirements.
  • Familiar with both a consultative and technical approach.
  • Managing an effective eDiscovery lifecycle.
  • Successfully manage multiple workstreams.
  • Perform quality control to ensure processes are accurate, particularly around document production and maintain accurate documentation on every matter.
  • Critically examine workflows paying special attention to allocation of resources.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively deal with and troubleshoot issues arising.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A tertiary qualification in Law (LLB, Bcom Law, LLM)
  • 58 years post articles experience with at least 2 years' experience as a Senior Litigation Associate in eDiscovery
  • The maturity and professionalism to be directly customerfacing with international law firms, corporate, and investment banking clients;
  • The ability to be articulate and confident;
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities.
