Data Entry & Financial Bookkeeper Position
We are looking for a meticulous individual to handle data entry and gather transaction details for incoming and outgoing bank accounts.
- Utilize bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and databases to record current financial transactions.
- Monitor debits (money coming in) and credits (money going out) for each account.
- Generate essential financial reports like balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and handle any discrepancies that arise.
- Process invoices for credit card bills and inventory orders.
- Handle payroll tasks efficiently.
- File necessary tax returns.
- Stay updated on Import transactions.
- Provide excellent client services.
- Assist with orders and maintain personnel records.
If you have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, we want to hear from you
Proficiency in Excel and general spreadsheets is a must.
