Desktop Support Engineer

beBee Professionals is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Tembisa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and employees.


The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical support to users.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service orientation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently
