PB Liquor Merchants supplies wines to the liquor on-consumption market through its association with a major national distributer.

PB Liquor Merchants is seeking to appoint the services of a competitive sales person who is passionate about wine, beers and spirit, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.


Duties will include:
*Market development *Plan sales calls, routes and servicing cycles to meet customers and promote products *Customer relationship management *Liaison with internal stakeholders *Plan and coordinate product promotions & support supplier-initiated activation marketing campaigns *Plan and implement sales incentive programmes *Monitor & analyse sales performance trends *Report on results of campaigns, incentive programmes and sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement *Monitor, evaluate, plan and control stock levels *Provide input to problem solving in the supply and distribution chain *all other duties related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in liquor sales to the onconsumption market;
  • Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits categories and consumption preferences;
  • Proven track record in meeting customer growth and product sales targets;
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
  • Drivers license and own reliable transport;
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (overtime and some weekends festivals, etc.).
