Trendy Short stay accommodation units (30) located in the Lanseria.

This is the flagship unit within a rapidly growing brand of similar style units aiming to be eventually be located across all national routes of Southern Africa.

Each having their own individual offerings in accordance with the areas and markets they attract but standardized across the brand.


Our client, a trendy, affordable but quality short-stay accommodation unit is looking for a Unit Manager to oversee 30 Units (Max 60 Guests).

The Lodge accommodates mostly short stay business travelers. The Accommodation is not star rated and operates a Takeaway/Restaurant on site as well as a small convenience store. There is also a 50 seater conference venue.

This position will fully manage all staff and operations in the Takeway/Restaurant and Convenience store, conference venue and oversee the management of the rooms and housekeeping.

Strong F&B Controls and working knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.

This role wills suit an individual who has worked in a similar Hotel/Guest Lodge/Lodge environment previously and who has working knowledge in all operational areas, with particular focus on F&B Service and controls.


Qualifications
Relevant Hospitality Qualifications will prove an advantage.

Skills
Solid Food and Beverage Operations and Stock and Financial Controls working experience. Working knowledge of all operational areas within a Hotel/Guest Lodge/Lodge. Great People and leadership skills. Good Admin skills.
