Wine service during meals, including imparting passion for wine to guests.

Cellar stock and control.
Creation of Food and Wine pairing menus with the Head Chef and relevant staff.
QualificationsRelevant ASI/WSET2 qualification a must.
SkillsAt least 2 years experience in similar position. Good knowledge of wine and spirits. Ability to work shifts.
