You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Operating machines according to standard operating procedures

Meet efficiencies of KPA's and maintaining quality standards

Meeting or exceeding productivity requirement and minimize downtime and waste

Ensuring that proper materials are used in accordance with procedures

Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, and housekeeping standards

Calculating and recording all relevant shift results

Education
Matric

Certificate / Training will be adv.

Experience within the packaging / slitting industry will be adv.

Bilingual in Afrikaans & English

Previous blown fil extrusion experience is essential, preferably working within the flexible packaging manufacturing industry

Must be willing to work shifts and overtime when required

Skills:

Strong interpersonal leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple production processes simultaneously, and to utilize resources effectively and efficiently in a deadline orientated environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary:
R8, R10,000.00 per month
