Key Responsibilities:

Payment Symphony:
Conduct seamless payment processes, ensuring a smooth and rhythmic flow of financial transactions.

Credit Harmony:
Strike the perfect balance between maintaining positive customer relationships and safeguarding the financial well-being of the company.

Invoice Choreography:
Choreograph the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial standards.

Dance of Negotiation:

Engage in a graceful dance of negotiation with clients to ensure optimal credit terms while maintaining the financial tempo.


Reporting Crescendo:
Produce financial reports that resonate with accuracy and provide valuable insights to the financial ensemble.

  • Managing own set of set of accounts
  • Collections calls
  • Compiling of detailed monthly reconciliation/s.
  • Query investigations and resolutions written and telephonic
  • Credit note and re invoicing preparation as part of query resolution.
  • Discount calculations
  • Prelegal collections
  • Preparation of reports and stat's
  • Adhoc projects

Desired Skills:

Financial Virtuosity:
A proven track record as a maestro in credit control, demonstrating mastery over financial principles.

Communication Symphony:
Exceptional communication skills to lead a harmonious exchange of financial information.

Negotiation Rhythm:
The ability to negotiate credit terms with clients in a smooth and collaborative rhythm.

Software Sonata:
Proficiency in financial software to compose and arrange financial data seamlessly.

Qualifications, experience and competencies required:

  • Minimum of Matric.
  • Computer literacy: MS-Office Suite (experience with Advance Excel essential).
  • Minimum of 3 years credit control experience or a completed B.Com degree (Finance specialisation).
  • Exposure to high volume Consumer / Business accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • A selfstarter.
  • Initiative and deadline driven with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of contracts and disputes.
  • Knowledge of credit vetting will be an added advantage.
  • Successfully adapts to changing demands and conditions.
  • High attention to detail, enthusiastic, committed and reliable.
