WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your role as a
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER - CONTROLLING (F/M/D) will support the team in all PMO-related matters. Having a great communicating style, you will work closely with our project teams to ensure their economic success. You will ensure an efficient and successful planning, analyzing, handling and interpretation of data.

Additionally, you will have a chance to participate in the implementation of a project controlling culture and help us to find ways of a more efficient working style within the business side of the company.

You will also support in implementing global solutions on the international scale on demand.

In this role you will actively
-
Ensure a successful use of the internal project administration Software / ERP tool and be a key-user for the tool
-
Keep track of the order-to-cash process of our offers
-
Regularly overview the efficiency of the project teams and projects
-
Support internal budget processes
-
Support pitch/tender processes whenever necessary
-
Support with financial (ad hoc) overviews/updates /reports
-
Conduct quality checks and supervision (order-to-cash) of our offers
-
Archive and keep track of supplier invoices
-
Participate in creation and implementation of tools and/or processes that support the tasks mentioned above

Help the team in guiding and training act.3 employees to perform within project calculation and budgeting

Communicate on a regular basis with stakeholders regarding offer/purchasing status as well as with PLs/PMs

WHO YOU ARE

Experienced. **You have 1-2 years of experience in the field of business analysis/controlling. A university degree or equivalent education in the field of Business Administration /Finance is a plus

Knowledgeable. **You have a solid understanding of data, budgets and work flows as well as a holistic understanding of the life-cycle of a project

Detail Oriented. **You have a strong eye for detail and can synthesize pieces of information into overall pictures

Independent. You are self-driven and you have a pro-active way of working

Organized. **You have strong abilities in organization, time and budget management

Skilled. You are a proficient user in MS Office (specifically in Excel), Teams and Sharepoint
-
Communicative. **You are fluent in English (verbal & written) and - ideally - communication skills in German

Networker. You are good in presenting, negotiating and you have strong networking skills

Team Player. You are a great team player. Teamwork is at the core of this position and at the core of act.3
