_Salary:
Market Related __(Negotiable + Extensive Training and Support)_**- Knowledge of IT service delivery request and basic support.

  • Must have an understanding off ITIL.
  • Ticket/ service request classification experience is a must.
  • Ticket Analytics is beneficial.
  • First line support is a must, password reset, ext.
  • Basic troubleshooting.
  • Driver's license and own transport,
  • Reside in Pretoria.
  • ServiceDesk and call centre.
  • Service delivery must be the area of focus here.
  • The company would prefer not to employ a Jnr technical support consultant that will eventually outgrow the service delivery environment.
  • There will be growth opportunities in this department into a more senior service consultant.
