Psychometrist Internship

The Human Capital department is seeking an intern to support the current Human Resource Team with day-to-day activities. The ideal candidates should have a strong passion for working with people and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

This internship offers a structured work-based program for graduates without employment. It provides valuable work experience within the company, allowing graduates to apply their studied skills and prepare for future career opportunities.

The selected candidates will engage in a fixed-term Internship agreement, receiving a stipend. This is a great learning opportunity for HR enthusiasts looking to kickstart their careers in Human Resources.

• Matric or equivalent
• Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology or Masters in Psychology

• South African citizenship
• No prior participation in INSETA internship/learnership
• Age between 18 and 35
• Unemployed in the last 2 months
