OVERVIEW


We are looking for an English and Afrikaans language maestro that knows the lingo and can use it to promote ideas, concepts, and briefs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


As the Copywriter, you'll be creating exciting in-store radio adverts, writing them and directing voice artists in recording sessions to bring your words to life You will also be working on various other mediums, from in-store point of sale to internal company documentation.

While working alongside our awesome studio team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Create clear yet engaging and informative copy / content that captures our audiences.
  • Guide collaborating teams on strategy, copy, and tone.
  • Deliver engaging, creative written content across various marketing channels and digital formats.
  • Direct voice over artists during recording sessions to ensure recorded adverts are of the highest standard.
  • Contribute to innovative thinking on brand marketing.
  • Be a leader in industry trends and standards in order to ensure work is always fresh, worldclass, and original.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Here are the skills we're looking for:

  • Matric/Grade 1
  • Qualification in Copywriting, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • 35 years' experience as a Copywriter.
  • A good command of the English and Afrikaans language any additional languages would be advantageous.

  • Problemsolving skills.
  • An understanding of the consumer's journey, and how it can be utilised instore to leverage sales.
