â-a Minimum 2 years' experience in either mono layer LDPEÂ Â Â Â extrusion or Blown film extrusion (Essential)

â-a Machine operation
â-a Correct winding, weighing, and labelling of reels.
â-a Monitor the production process, keeping this at a high standard to control waste.
â-a Recording of waste and downtime.
â-a Weight and thickness adjustment of product

â-a Report all incidents, accidents, damages, and all defective product to the Production Supervisor during or before the end of the shift.

â-a Ensure all products complies with technical standards.
â-a Ensure all required documents for that particular function shall be filled and signed on each shift.
â-a Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage
â-a Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management
â-a Housekeeping
â-a BRC Compliance
