Roles and Responsibilities

  • Verify information of products on supplier website and capture data of products on Order Easy.
  • Capture data of products on Order Easy.
  • Capture and load suppliers on Order Easy
  • Check stock and pricing and capture information on spreadsheet and load quotation on order easy for management to review and approve.
  • Upon approval of quotation, place order with suppliers
  • Followup with supplier on delivery of order
  • Complete template with details for collection from suppliers and/or delivery to customers and capture information on Mondays
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Capture stock received by warehouse on spreadsheet from suppliers.
  • Edit orders as approved by management on MTrac.
  • Load orders on jobs on the go on Mondays.
  • Assist with completing of the orders and liaising with couriers for collection and delivery.
  • Handling queries on orders short delivered to warehouse / customers.
  • Assist with any other administrative task as and when required.

Requirements:

  • High school matriculation required.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) preferred.
  • 35 years' experience in production, customer service, sales, or office administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous industry experience is a must.
  • Friendly and professional disposition.
