Our client is hiring and Internal Sales Person for there offices in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.

The are in the Steel and Tubing industry and are looking for some-one with a minimum of 5 years experience in this industry.


Responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include, contract sales, internal sales and sales generation

Contacting and regenerating lost customers

Capture and maintain sales and orders

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

Expediting / maintenance of backorders.

Reconciling of orders to invoicing

Ensure that the sales quotation process is conducted in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction.

Assist is implementing processes to streamline and improve the sales procedures

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

Compiling and preparing the necessary paperwork for the passing of debit/credit notes

Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Administration of and maintenance of internal pricing schedules.

Working hand in hand with the sales team to build relationships with the clients.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years steel tube sale experience

Syspro experience essential. Non-negotiable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
R25 000,00 per month

Education:

  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:

Steel Tube Sales: 5 years (required)
