WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Co-ordinate the Engineering logistics and support services for the Plant Engineering Department.

  • Coordinate tenders and purchase requisitions material and equipment for manufacturing projects.
  • Evaluate tenders and obtain approval.
  • Coordinate deliveries and related documentation per project.
  • Coordinate inspection of incoming materials for correctness and quality.
  • Ensure applicable documentation/certification is received with deliveries.
  • Maintain documentation / certification recordkeeping system.
  • Ensure readiness for and compliance to 3rd party quality audit requirements.
  • Administrate job card system for Plant Engineering personnel.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Grade 1
  • At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Computer proficiency, with 5 years' experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Technical background (mechanical and/or electrical) will be advantageous
  • Driver's licence
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work under pressure
