Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Providing a general secretarial function, i.e. effective co-ordination of travel arrangements, adequate supply of stationery and diary management, reception services, fielding telephone calls and correspondence as well a responding where appropriate and, event management

Providing general administrative support including managing a filing system

Documents Quality Assurance to ensure final work is accurate, presentable and meets Corporate Identity and standards

Maintaining good customer (internal and external) relationships between stakeholders and the Division at all times

Performing duties timeously to meet divisional targets

Taking action points and writing minutes of meetings

Maintain working knowledge of organizational policies and procedures

Minimum Grade 12(Matric) and Secretarial Diploma

Advanced computer literacy in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Front page skills and SAP interface

Minimum - 5 years experience at Senior Executive in an administration environment

Knowledge of Computer literacy in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including Internet Explorer

Excellent Typing speed

Minute taking

Filing and record-keeping

Ability to handle confidentiality information

Excellent communication skills (verbal&written)

Excellent planning and organising skills

Problem solving skills

Interpersonal skills

Excellent administrative skills

Telephone etiquette

Flexibility

Attention to detail
