Our client, a leading and reputable motor vehicle dealership in the southern suburbs is looking for a highly dedicated, motivated, experienced, self-starter to take on the role as a Vehicle Invoice Clerk.


Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • manage debtors
- vehicle invoicing
- floor planning
- stock controlling and bringing vehicles into stock
- request natis documents from banks
- maintaining second hand goods act logbook
- settling used cars
- prep paperwork for licensing

Experience:

  • 3 years' experience as a vehicle invoicing clerk from franchised dealerships essential
- must have software/working knowledge on Evolve, Automate, Kerridge or similar

- must be detailed oriented and analytical
- possess confidence and think on your feet

- be a problem solver
