We've already developed something globally unique (see our website), and we have a solid pipeline of other ideas. We accept that not everyone is our customer and we must not provide our services to customers whose expectations are unrealistic.

What we are looking for

Required Duties

• Attend to all eNatis documentation from vehicle acquired status, to accepted status and delivered status
• Attend to client requirements
• Compilation and coordination of all necessary documentation
• Coordinate between Sales, Finance, and Acquisitions with internal stakeholders
• Finalisation of documentation/contract, coordination and filing
• Administration of traffic fines

General Expectations

• Provide an 11 star customer service experience (convenient, transparent, professional)
• Follow processes ensuring utmost cost/effort efficiency and professionalism
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Clearly communicate with your customers to educate and guide

Minimum requirements

• Grade 1
• Valid Driver's license (code 08) and own transport
• English spoken and written
• Applicants fluent in additional languages (Xhosa; Zulu; Afrikaans) would be given preference
• Contactable references
• No criminal record

Salary Scale & Benefits

• R Cost to Company Per Annum
• Business Incentive Scheme in addition

Working Hours

• Operational Roles are required to work a sixday (45 hour) week which includes Saturdays
• Public holidays will be worked as scheduled (on rotation)
• Non-Operational Roles are required to work variable hours often outside of standard working hours and this can include Weekend and/or Public Holidays as scheduled and dependent on the role.
