The Supply Guys seek an astute Accounts Manager to fulfil a vital role in our organization. The role involves having a portfolio of clients to manage daily. The position is an extremely admin-intensive role and requires a person who takes ownership of these responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel.
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with an agency background desirable.
  • Deep digital understanding.
  • Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a resultsdriven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Procurement knowledge and experience advantages.
  • Must reside in or around Pretoria.
  • Own transport is a must.
  • Must be willing to travel, overnight stay will not be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Coordinate with various teams so that the customer's expectations are met.
  • Continue their assessment of a client's needs and business objectives.
  • Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
  • Help managementwith companywide strategic planning.
  • Upsell a company's services and solutions.
  • Take a client's requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build longterm relationships with customers.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Enhance the department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a daytoday basis.
  • Monitor and analyse customers' usage of our product.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

Remuneration:

  • Basic: R
  • Commission will be discussed in the interview.
  • Cell phone allowance: R500.00
  • Travel allowance.

Salary:
R12,500.00 per month
