Position Overview:

The VDP Administrator will be responsible to provide a full range of customer services duties and data entry and validation

Specific Role Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to customers and other strategic partners
• Handle queries and provide resolutions to such queries
• Following up on queries/cases until resolved
• Ensuring customer satisfaction is always met
• Perform data entry
• Validate customer documents
• Ensuring that client data is always kept up to date
• Accurately logging cases on the system
• Ability to work late when required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 / NQF Level
• FAIS accredited
• Need to meet fit and proper Requirements
• Min 23 years in Administration experience in a same or similar role.
• Advantageous previous experience in Short-Term insurance industry

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Excellent telephone skills with professional telephone manner, and the capability to communicate with enthusiasm and drive
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Good command of the English language
