About the position

  • Call FSI, key account and general trade customers for orders.
  • Capture orders on the paradigm system.
  • Call merchandisers for orders, stocks on hand and stock counts.
  • Communicate with field managers on out of stocks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arrange priorities to meet changing demands
  • Adjust quickly to new responsibilities and tasks


 Clarify customers' needs
  • Confirm orders and double check quantities
  • Meet or exceed customers' needs
  • Identify underlying issues
  • Identify and allocate resources

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have Matric
  • 2 years' experience in Telesales

Other requirements

  • The position may occasionally require you to work weekends.
