Game Lodge - Waterberg, Limpopo

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualification in Hospitality
  • At least 23 years F&B or Banqueting and Events Management experience in a 4 or 5 star game lodge.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Strong Opera experience.

Description

  • Assign rooms to all bookings and ensuring this is done with attention to detail
  • Guest enquiries with regards to private functions booked
  • Creating of function sheets on Opera
  • Coordinating all events
  • Following up with guests and ensuring everything for the function is arranged
  • Assisting in reception when necessary
  • Briefing groups checking in
  • Attending weekly meetings to discuss upcoming events with all HOD's
