Responsibilities:
Develop and execute preventive maintenance activities as defined in the Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan (APMP).
Respond to maintenance requests from other departments and ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
Perform necessary changes to format cutting, filtering, and screening machines for the preparation of fruits.
Conduct periodic lubrication as defined in the Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan.
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facilities after any intervention.
Perform start-ups and ensure proper working of equipment and facilities.
Monitor activities of outside companies for requested services.
Complete Job Cards for each preventive or curative maintenance intervention.
Record changes made to the preparation of fruit machines.
Report any equipment or facility anomalies to superiors.
Maintain workshop and working tools in a clean and organized manner.
Ensure the cleanliness of the boiler room, compressor room, generator, compressor cages, and paraffin bund, and maintain records in the cleaning schedule.
Perform weekly scare verification and calibration.
Conduct inspections on lifting equipment and ensure sufficient battery levels.
Maintain proper stock levels and account for stock on Job cards, reporting regularly to your superior.
Conduct stock takes as requested by Maintenance Manager.
Record daily consumption of water, gas, and energy.
Manage waste generated from maintenance activities.
Perform standby duties as per shift schedule.
HSE Responsibilities:
Understand the environmental impacts and environmental responsibilities associated with tasks performed and contribute to the Organization's good environmental performance.
Ensure food safety within the scope of your work and report any food safety risks or concerns to your direct line manager immediately.
Understand allergen management principles.
Additional Responsibilities:
Follow instructions from management.
Adhere to Health and Safety rules and always wear the correct PPE.
Follow all Company policies and procedures.
Assist others in case of need.
Requirements:
Minimum N2 Qualified Millwright.
Wiremans license, forklift license, working at heights, boiler technician.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
