Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts **for various departments, projects, and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to gather input, validate assumptions, and
    align budgeting and forecasting processes with organizational goals
:

  • Analyze historical financial data, market trends, and operational metrics to
    develop accurate and actionable
    forecasts
:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget variance analyses to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Including cashflow forecast.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on budget and forecast analyses
    , highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization
:

Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning efforts.

  • Assist in the
    preparation of financial reports, presentations, and dashboards
:

  • Continuously
    improve budgeting and forecasting processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Assist Finance leaders where required.

_Are you qualified?

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
:

Master's degree or CPA/CFA designation is preferred.

_Did you do this before?
_:
-
Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, or related roles.

  • Experience in
    FMCG is a plus.

_Do you have what it takes?

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).

Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting methodologies, and forecasting techniques.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing business requirements.
