Hospitality:

Orders (compiling and placing orders); Stock taking (food and equipment); Store keeping, issueing ingredients; Nutrition and menu planning; Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations; Cooking food for crèche; Liaising with suppliers; Generating quotations; Assist with / plan functions; Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date; Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date; Supervise students during functions, restaurant days.

Minimum Requirements:

N6 Hospitality.

Nature of Appointment:

18 Months.

Stipend:

R4,000.00 per month.
