We are currently looking to employ a
Hospitality Trainer for our training division to facilitate training sessions throughout our group sites.


Location:
Various Group Sites (Gauteng)

Job Classification:
Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Hospitality, Training, or Education Experience
  • At least a minimum of 34 years previous work experience in a Training role in the Hospitality Industry.

(Preferably Housekeeping & Front of House):

  • Own Vehicle and Drivers License

Other Skills and Attributes:

  • Working experience in training and development in the hospitality industry
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Create relevant tests for each manual and various departments within the organisation.
  • Map out training plans,design and develop training programs
  • Market upcoming training to employees and provide necessary information
  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials
  • On the job training is essential
  • Maintain updated database and training records
  • Provide trainthetrainer sessions with unit managers

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gardens,
