Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager for France & Southern Europe, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for The Moorings & Sunsail charter brands for our French market.

You will lead the activation of year-round marketing activity, as well as some key events such as Boat Shows.

The role's scope includes ensuring consistency in brand marketing, and development and help reinforce the brand experience through relevant consumer touchpoints.

With the majority of global content being created in English, content translations are a vital part of the role as well as messaging adaptations where applicable to suit the French market.


We have a new office space in Century City and can offer hybrid working, with 1-2 days in the office and the rest of the week working remotely.


What you will be doing:

  • Planning, crafting and maintaining editorial content for the Sunsail and The Moorings websites
  • Support PPC and SEO activities for the brands along with the inhouse specialists
  • Build and send out the customer enewsletters
  • Manage the social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook and create engaging content
  • Assist in the coorganisation and execution of online and customer events
  • Development and implementation of activities for new customer acquisition and customer retention
  • Work closely with the Yachts division CRM team to support with any upcoming activity, and find new audience segmentation opportunities
  • Take ownership of the creation and coordination of the Yacht Charter online brochures
  • Reporting, media listening, monitoring and analysis
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager with the management of budgets and invoice processing

What we are looking for:

A motivated individual with prior hands-on technical experience, able to communicate effectively in a globally based team.

You will need to be a native French speaker able to confidently write copy and content in French for our websites, Social Media and online newsletters.


Experience working with a customer database to develop segmentation and direct marketing strategies is key, along with strong communication skills, able to establish relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

A passion for the customer and brand, with the ability to clearly and professionally communicate directly with customers online. An understanding of the basics of SEO and PPC practices will be highly desirable,

We are looking for you to be imaginative, creative, and organised with a proactive approach.

If you have prior exposure to working within the travel industry or experience in sailing, then this would be highly beneficial.

The ability to travel to destinations featured, as well as to help coordinate, manage, and attend various Boat Shows and Events is also essential.
