Responsibilities

  • Manage & Lead a onsite Team on 35 employees.
  • Responsible for monitoring of daily onsite Cleaning & Clearing Services.
  • Ensure staff carryout daily Cleaning & Clearing task as allocated.
  • Manage Daily Timesheet & Register.
  • Responsible for liaising with Vivo Group client.
  • Draft reports when required.

Experience
- +3 Years as a Team Lead/Manager

  • Contract Management experience.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • The capacity to coordinate and manage your task.
  • Problemsolving abilities.
  • Communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and utilize your initiative.
  • Management abilities and business awareness.
  • Financial awareness.

Education/Qualifications

  • 5 + Years Experience Managing onsite field
  • Grade 12 / Matric

A Diploma in Botany, Plant science, or Horticulturist
Compulsory Formal Training on Alien Vegetation Identification Advantageous.
