Paklynbestuurder / Packline Manager

Ons kliënt is 'n produsent en uitvoerder van steenvrugte en verpakker van sitrus gedurende die wintermaande. Hulle is tans op soek na 'n Paklynbestuurder met sterk menseverhoudingde om by hul span aan te sluit. Hierdie pos raporteer aan die Pakhuisbestuurder en is geleë net buite die Paarl.

**Verantwoordelikhede sluit in, maar is nie beperk tot die volgende**:

- Ontvangs en bestuur van die verpakkingsprogram
- Akkurate uitvoering van verpakkingsinstruksies
- Kommunikasie met produsente en uitvoerders
- Kommunikase met alle spanleiers
- Instandhouding van voedselveiligheidstelsels
- Verseker die toepassing van die HACCP-stelsel
- Implementering van regstellende aksies op foute wat in die produksiestelsel voorkom
- Kwaliteitsbestuur
- Meting en rekordhouding van uitsette
- Goeie algemene huishouding

***Vereistes**:

- Graad 12 met 'n toepaslike tersiêre kwalifikasie
- 3-5 jaar ondervinding as 'n Packline Manager
- Meganiese aanleg
- Selfgeldend met 'n noukeurige oog vir detail
- Vermoë om onafhanklik en in groepe te werk
- Goeie interpersoonlike verhoudings met die vermoë om dissipline af te dwing
- Bereid om oortyd en nagskofte gedurende seisoentye te werk

Our client is a producer and exporter of stone fruit and citrus packer during the winter months. They are currently looking for a Packline Manager with strong interpersonal skills to join their team. This position reports to the Packhouse Manager is located just outside of Paarl.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Receiving and managing of the packing program
- Accurate execution of packing instructions
- Communicating with growers and exporters
- Communicating with all team leaders
- Maintenance of Food Safety Systems
- Implementing of corrective actions on errors found in the production system
- Quality management
- Measurement and record keeping of outputs
- Good general housekeeping

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification
- 3-5 years' experience as a Packline Manager
- Mechanical aptitude
- Assertive with a careful eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and in groups
- Good interpersonal relationships with the ability to enforce discipline
- Willing to work overtime and nightshifts during season times
