HR Internship

Purpose
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities.

Duties and responsibilities

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Ensure that personnel files are kept up to date
• Perform reference checks and criminal checks
• Assist with Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection process
• Assist with termination and onboarding processes and procedures
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

Requirements:

• Grade 1
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management/industrial psychology
• Previous HR experience will be advantageous but is not essential
• Clear criminal record
