Customer Assistance:

Greeting customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and friendly welcome, and offering assistance in finding products that meet their needs.


  • Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the furniture and home decor items in the showroom, including their features, materials, pricing, and any promotions or discounts available.
  • Product Presentation: Ensuring that the showroom is wellorganized, visually appealing, and that furniture displays are wellmaintained and properly staged to showcase the products effectively.
  • Customer Consultation: Engaging with customers to understand their specific furniture needs, style preferences, and budget constraints, and then making informed product recommendations.
  • Sales and Upselling: Actively promoting and selling furniture and related products to customers, suggesting complementary items, and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Answering Questions: Responding to customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
  • Providing Information: Informing customers about financing options, warranties, return policies, and any additional services offered by the store, such as assembly or delivery.
  • Order Processing: Assisting customers with the order process, including generating sales invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate and timely order entry.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Following up with customers on any outstanding orders, delivery dates, or other postpurchase matters.
  • Merchandising: Assisting in merchandising efforts, which may involve arranging and rearranging furniture displays, setting up promotional signage, and participating in store events or sales promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels, checking stock availability, and informing customers about outofstock or backordered items.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any issues, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the showroom management.
