  • Job related degree or diploma will be an advantage
  • Relevant Quality experience
  • Audit qualification /certificate will be an advantage
  • Self motivated and ability to work independently.

  • Effective communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance to the quality systems guidelines
  • Conduct weekly plant visits according to guidelines (Plant Inspection and Product Presentation)
  • Verification of procedures, work instructions and records in the plant
  • Assist in external audits
  • Compiling relevant reports including statistical reports (Live Bird Performance, Probe vs Infra etc.)
  • Recording, printing and trending of all customer complaints
  • Issue, reconciliation and filling of all internal audits
  • Update and amend documents received from the QA Manager
  • Trending of all corrective actions
  • Trending of client KPI's daily
  • Daily quality inspections in plants
