ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Tracking of vehicles
  • Ensuring all tracking units are updating
  • Monitoring and reporting route deviations and violations
  • Monitoring and reporting out of shift driving
  • Monitoring vehicles with highrisk cargo
  • Coordinating convoy allocations together with Operations
  • Monitoring convoys and ensuring SOP's are adhered to
  • Following emergency procedure protocols
  • Managing and reporting incidents and accidents
  • Random spot checks to be done on vehicles during each shift
  • CCTV monitoring

  • Computer Literature: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word; excel; power point).
  • Others: English good level of the English language, both written and spoken
