Job Summary:


As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the organization's data architecture to support the data management needs and business objectives.

Your role involves developing data strategies, implementing data models, and ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of the data infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Architecture Design:_
  • Developing and designing data models, database schemas, and data flow diagrams to meet the organization's data storage and retrieval requirements.
  • Defining data standards, guidelines, and best practices for data management and integration across systems.
  • Database Management:_
  • Implementing and optimizing database systems, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and big data solutions.
  • Monitoring database performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing performance tuning strategies to enhance data processing efficiency.
  • Data Governance and Compliance:_
  • Establishing data governance policies, data quality standards, and data security protocols to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing data lifecycle management practices to govern data from acquisition through archiving and disposal.
  • Data Integration and Migration:_
  • Planning and overseeing data integration projects, data migration initiatives, and ETL processes to enable seamless data exchange and consolidation across systems.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:_
  • Collaborating with data analysts and business intelligence teams to develop data analytics frameworks, reporting dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
  • Providing insights from data analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Technology Evaluation and Innovation:_
  • Evaluating new technologies, tools, and solutions in the data management space to drive innovation and improve data architecture capabilities.
  • Recommending and implementing datarelated technologies that enhance data processing, storage, and security.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role, with expertise in data modeling, database design, and data management.
  • Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and cloudbased data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, problemsolving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work with crossfunctional teams.
