Purpose of the Position:

  • Ensuring compliance of the Minerals and Petroleum Development Act 28 of 200
  • Implementation of the Social and Labour Plan.
  • Local Economic Development Programs and Management of the Companies Facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Law Degree / BCom Law / Equivalent
  • Post Graduate qualification in Corporate / Labour Law will be an advantage.

Experience:

  • 5 years relevant experience in compilation of SLPs, relevant reports and the implementation of LED projects in a mining environment.
  • 5 Years middle a management experience in the mining industry.
  • Management of budgets, reporting and negotiating skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Compilation of the Social and Labour Plans.
  • Implementation of the Local Economic Development Projects.
  • Budgeting and the Management of Financial Resources.
  • External and Internal Reporting.
  • Management of the Companies Facilities.
