Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (Advantageous)
  • At least 3 4 years Food and Beverage Management experience in a 4/5Star establishment (Essential)
  • Good understanding of lodge operations
  • Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
  • Good knowledge of local, regional, and international wines.
  • Sound overall beverage knowledge.
  • Maintain responsibility for service, sales, expenses and profit goals as directed and as outlined in the beverage plans and budgets, whilst promoting the company goals of guest service and satisfaction, teamwork, reporting requirements and financial performance.
  • Sound knowledge of food and cooking methods.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control.
  • Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and departmental administration.
  • Valid driver's License (Essential)

  • Ensure that issues are resolved quickly.
  • Knowledge and understanding of workplace Health and Safety.
  • Responsible for stock controls, ensure all incoming stock is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure and report to relevant management.
  • Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge.
