Junior Draughtman

Job Title: Junior Draughtsman
Location: Denver
Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Detailed Drawings: Produce accurate and precise drawings of manufactured products, ensuring they adhere to design specifications.
• Project Estimations: Estimate project timelines, costs, and materials required for production.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both manufacturing and client requirements.
• Innovative Solutions: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance product functionality and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in SolidWorks and Revit, with demonstrated experience in creating complex designs.
• Design Experience: Strong background in sheet metal design within a manufacturing environment.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering equipment design or a related field.
• Knowledge: Understanding of industrial kitchen design principles is highly advantageous.
• Education: Matric qualification or equivalent.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• CAD/CAM Experience: Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC machining.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes related to product design and manufacturing.
