Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions, from entrylevel through leadership
  • Consult with hiring managers on job descriptions, talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best practices
  • Consult and train hiring managers and interviewers on hiring process (Huntflow)
  • Cooperate within the different HR departments (Staff management, С&B, HRBP's and People Growth)
  • Support reporting needs and activities, providing metrics and feedback

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on APAC and MEA regions
  • Familiarity with diverse recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Initiative, independence, result orientation
  • Proven track record of successfully completing assignments.
